Relating to certain diesel fuel blended with biodiesel derived from used cooking oil; prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Extends sunset date for exemption from use fuel tax for diesel fuel blended with at least 20 percent biodiesel derived from used cooking oil. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
